이용약관

1. 목적과 적용

이 약관은 임팩트커머스(이하 회사)가 제공하는 릴스·숏폼 영상 제작 서비스의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 견적서나 개별 계약서에 이 약관과 다른 내용이 있으면 견적서와 계약서가 우선합니다.

2. 서비스

릴스 제작: 기획안, 크리에이터 촬영, 편집 완성본
광고 소재형: 릴스 제작에 광고 사용권 포함
기획만, 편집만
진단 상담, 릴스 해부 리포트
광고 2차 활용: 크리에이터 릴스를 브랜드 광고에 쓰는 사용권 계약

3. 계약과 결제

회사가 보낸 견적과 일정을 고객이 확정하면 계약이 성립합니다. 대금은 견적 확정 후 계좌이체로 받고 세금계산서를 발행합니다.

4. 납품과 수정

납품 일정은 견적서에 적은 대로 따릅니다. 수정은 릴스 제작과 광고 소재형 2회, 편집만 기본 구성 1회입니다. 정해진 횟수를 넘는 요청은 협의해 진행합니다. 납품물이 합의한 기획안과 다르면 추가 비용 없이 다시 작업합니다.

5. 사용 범위

광고 소재형에는 3개월 광고 사용권이 포함됩니다. 릴스 제작으로 만든 영상을 광고에 쓰려면 광고 2차 활용 계약이 필요합니다. 사용 기간과 범위는 견적서와 계약서에 적은 대로 따릅니다.

6. 맡지 않는 작업

근거 없는 효과를 말해야 하는 제품, 법령이나 광고 심의 기준에 어긋나는 표현이 필요한 작업은 맡지 않습니다.

7. 성과

회사는 조회수나 매출을 보장하지 않습니다. 업로드 4주 뒤 수치를 그대로 보고합니다.

8. 환불

취소와 환불은 환불정책을 따릅니다.

9. 개인정보

개인정보는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리합니다.

10. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern the Reels and short-form video production services provided by Impact Commerce (the "Company"). If a quote or a separate contract says otherwise, the quote or contract prevails.

2. Services

Reel production: script, creator shoot and final edit
Ad creative: reel production with an ad usage license included
Planning only, editing only
Diagnostic consultation, reel teardown report
Ad reuse: a license to use a creator's reel in a brand's ads

3. Contract and payment

A contract is formed when the client confirms the quote and schedule sent by the Company. Payment is made by bank transfer after the quote is confirmed, and a tax invoice is issued.

4. Delivery and revisions

Delivery follows the schedule in the quote. Reel production and ad creative include two revisions; basic editing includes one. Requests beyond that are handled by agreement. If a deliverable differs from the agreed script, we redo it at no extra cost.

5. Usage rights

Ad creative includes a three-month ad usage license. Using a video made under reel production in ads requires an ad reuse agreement. Usage period and scope follow the quote and contract.

6. Work we do not take

We do not take products that require unsupported efficacy claims, or work that requires wording that breaks the law or advertising review standards.

7. Results

The Company does not guarantee views or sales. We report the actual numbers four weeks after upload.

8. Refunds

Cancellations and refunds follow our refund policy.

9. Personal data

Personal data is handled under our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
